Emerald Empire is a company that plans and organizes private and business events through out Italy and Sardinia. Our core business is represented by catering and banqueting. In addition, we offer different kinds of exclusive services as the entire planning and design of an event, together with its conceptual idealization. Furthermore, we take care of the rental of unique and customized pieces of furniture as well as the research of the perfect location to satisfy any requests. We guarantee the availability of private chefs and the entire coordination of services within hotels and in private/public events. The experience and creativity of our staff allows each event being unique, different and especially custom-made.

After years of experience in the sector and moved by a strong passion for the world of food and events, Ilaria chose to open her own business. As a daughter of restaurant owners she grew up within the food-sector, until one day finally decided to make her dream come true: she attended a professional courseand becamean Event Manager. Thiscoursenotonlybrought Ilaria out of her belve Sardinia but above all it offered herthe opportunity to widener perspective to ward the sector of huge events and spectacular occasions.
